What it is
The Ruach Leadership Institute (R-LI) is the leadership training and development arm of Ruach, dedicated to equipping and raising transformative leaders for the church, marketplace, and society. R-LI exists to cultivate a new generation of leaders who are biblically grounded, spiritually empowered, and practically skilled to advance the Kingdom of God in every sphere of influence.
Objective:
- Train and equip emerging leaders within the church.
- Standardize leadership development across all branches.
- Provide a pipeline for pastoral and ministry leadership succession.
- Build relationships with learning institutions and partners such as BHU
- Ensure quality and consistency in leadership training.
- Creates a common leadership culture and values system.
