Peter is a seasoned leadership trainer, social entrepreneur, and program developer with a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years. His expertise lies in designing and delivering exceptional leadership programs and workshops, benefiting numerous leaders across various sectors. 

As the Co-founder of Inuka Leadership Africa, Peter plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s mission to cultivate transformational leadership through a strategic three-step approach – identifying potential, customizing programs, and facilitating meaningful connections. Peter’s compelling presentations have captivated audiences across diverse platforms, including local and international organizations, educational institutions, and religious communities. Notably, his commitment to empowering youth garnered him recognition as an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of R Group, Peter oversees a diverse portfolio encompassing community empowerment, spiritual growth, education, events, and security services. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with the founder to ensure operational excellence and sustained value delivery across all ventures. Beyond his professional endeavors, Peter finds joy in his role as a devoted husband to Julie and a dedicated father to their three sons—Zaney, Zyon, and Zian. With a passion for photography, he also embraces the role of an ‘Instagram husband,’ capturing cherished moments with his wife and family
